How do I pick the plush I want?

Around two weeks after the campaign ends, we will send out a survey where you will be able to select from the unlocked plushie designs.

Those who choose to pay in installments will receive their survey after full payment has been made.

What happens if the Cuddlelore Cutie character I want doesn't get unlocked?

Unfortunately, if we do not reach our funding goal for a specific character, we won’t be able to manufacture it. Even if we haven’t unlocked the plushie you want yet, be sure to back the campaign still. Every pledge helps us get closer to our goals! You will not be charged until after the campaign ends, so there is no harm in backing early!

You are able to cancel your pledge before the end of the campaign if the Cuddlelore Cutie you pledged for does not get unlocked!

Are all the outfits interchangeable?

No, the outfits are not completely interchangeable. Due to the different size and shape of the plushies, not all the outfits can fit every character. Please refer to the campaign page to view details about which plush can wear which outfits.

Why do I have to wait so long to receive my items?

Since crowdfunding campaigns are a way to bring ideas to life, the items have not been manufactured yet. The manufacturing process is quite long and depending on the size of the campaign, can take anywhere from 6 months to a year.

The fun part about crowdfunding is that you will be able to see a behind the scenes look into the manufacturing process. We will send updates every step of the way!

Can I cancel my order after the campaign ends?

Once the campaign has ended, we will no longer issue refunds or cancel pledges. This is because of funding goals and fees.

Please make sure that you are fully committed to the project prior to the end of the campaign. You are able to cancel your pledge up until the very end, but after this time period, pledges are nonrefundable.

When will I receive my items?

Crowdfunding is very similar to a pre-order! When you back a project, you are helping something come to life. That being said, it will take several months for the items to be produced and delivered to you. But don’t worry, we will keep you updated every step of the way!

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.

Terms and Conditions

Shipping
The current estimated ship date for all rewards is DECEMBER 2026. We will send updates if there are any delays in the manufacturing process.

Please note: Your initial pledge did not include shipping. You will be charged for shipping separately, closer to fulfillment time. Shipping will need to be paid prior to your rewards being shipped out. Please read all updates about the campaign to know when to expect the shipping charge.

Incorrect address/missing packages
Please ensure that all of your shipping details are entered correctly. We do not alter addresses and we are unable to ensure that they are correct. We will use exactly what you provide.

You are able to update your address any time before we lock addresses. We will give a 24 hour warning before we lock them. Please stay up to date on all project updates.

Refunds & Returns
Since the campaign has ended, we are unable to offer any refunds for your initial pledge, as it will interfere with our funding goals. However, we can remove any add-ons that you no longer wish to receive.

We cannot accept returns for any rewards.

Damaged items
If any of the items you receive are defective, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will require photos of the damaged item to send out a replacement.

Surveys
Please make sure to complete your survey. If you do not fill out your survey, we will not be able to send you your rewards. You will be able to edit your survey responses anytime before we lock surveys.
