Hi guys!

I just wanted to give a little update! The plushie order has been placed!!!! Once I start getting photos from my manufacturer, I will share with you all. It will likely be a month or two before I have any big updates to share. 

 AND we were able to unlock Serena through the pre-order store. Yay! So she will be getting made :) 



Since pay later backers are not be able to complete their surveys just yet, I will keep the pre-order store open for the time being. If we are able to unlock the last two plushies by the end of September, I will be able to add them to the order. We need 13 more orders for Kiki and 17 more for Patrick! If we are unable to unlock them, I will be issuing refunds at the end of September to those who added them on during the campaign. If you ordered them through the pre-order store or added them on through your survey, you were never charged.

Pre-Order Store Still Open + Survey Reminder!

Hi everyone! 

The pre-order store is still open! All of the campaign items are available to purchase through the store and this will be the last chance to get many of them! Make sure to check it out before it closes.

We have some post-campaign stretch goals that still need to be reached in order for those designs to be made. 



These are the current counts for the locked plushies! If you are interested in any of them, you can either add them to your pledge through your surveys or place an order through the pre-order store. If their goals do not get reached, you will be refunded and they will be removed from your pledge. 

If you place an order through the pre-order store, your card will not be charged until we are getting ready to fulfill orders! Pre-order backers will get their items shipped at the same time as campaign backers. :) 

I also want to remind everyone that surveys are out! Already 76% of people have filled them out so that is awesome! :) I will be able to place the bulk order soon. Surveys are set to lock July 31st, so please make any changes to your orders before that date. 

I also want to mention because I forgot to last time, if you selected pay over time, you will not receive your survey until all of the installments have been paid. I think the last payment is set for September! So surveys will be sent out to pay later backers then. 

Only completed surveys will be locked, so if you have not filled it out by the deadline (pay later backer or otherwise), do not worry! You will still be able complete it. You will also be able to update your address after the lock date. I will send a reminder 48 hours before surveys will be locked.

Hi everyone!

Surveys have been sent out! You are able to access them from your email or through your Backerkit account. If you have any questions about this, please email me at [email protected].

Please fill them out as soon as possible! Once I have an estimate on how many of each plush to order, I will confirm with my manufacturer and get production started!

I am planning to lock surveys August 1st! So if you need to make any changes, please do so before that deadline. You will still be able to edit your address after surveys are locked.

The pre-order store is also now open, so if you missed out on the campaign, you are able to order any plushies, pins, fidgets, etc. through the store. Backers are able to add any additional items through their surveys, instead of the pre-order store. If you backed the campaign, I recommend adding items through the survey so your order will be all combined. Also, any additional items that you add on will be charged later with shipping. Shipping will not be charged until we get closer to fulfillment.

Smoke Test Surveys are out!

Hi guys!

The smoke test surveys have been sent out! Please check your email to see if you received the survey and fill it out asap!

The smoke test is only sent out to 5% of backers, so if you did not receive an email today, don't worry! If everything is functioning properly, the rest of the surveys will go out on MONDAY!! I will send another update when the surveys are officially sent out!

Campaign has ended 🎊 + Next Steps!

Hi guys! 

First, I want to thank you all for supporting this project! I really appreciate all of you for helping these plushies come to life :) <3 

Now that the campaign has ended, let's talk about what happens next: 

Cards will be charged
Over the next 48 hours, Your card on file will be charged for your pledge. Please make sure that your card information is correct. Cards that fail will be retried again for a two week period. If your payment method fails, please update your information ASAP. 

Surveys will go out in about 2 weeks
Once cards are charged and all backers are confirmed, surveys will be sent out. In your surveys, you will be able to choose the plushies styles you want and add any additional items to your pledge. Backers who chose pay over time will not receive a survey until full payment is met.

I will be keeping the surveys open until the pre-order store closes, so that we can see if any additional plushies styles unlock.

Shipping will be charged closer to fulfillment time, instead of when surveys go out. You will be charged separately several months from now. So I just wanted to give everyone a heads up for that, I will remind everyone again when we get closer to that date. ALSO!! Any extra items that you add to your pledge through the surveys will be charged later, not immediately!

Plush Outfits
I just want to make sure that everyone is aware that the outfits are not 100% interchangeable!! On the campaign page under 'outfit details,' I listed the outfits that would fit each plush, but if you are still not sure, feel free to contact me! 

What happens to the plushies that weren't unlocked?
For the plushies that weren't unlocked, they will be available as add-ons in your surveys. The remaining plushies need 25 orders to be manufactured. We can reach this goal through survey add-ons and also through the pre-order store for those who missed the campaign. Some of the plushies already have a head start from campaign add-ons! So for instance, Serena only needs 15 more orders from either the surveys or the pre-order store to be manufactured. And Nessie has already been funded! 

If the goals aren't met, then the plushies will be removed entirely. If you already paid for one of the plushies as an add-on during the campaign, you will be refunded. 
 
Pre-order store
There will be a pre-order store through Backerkit for all of the campaign items. The plushies that weren't unlocked will be available as post-campaign stretch goals. Please only use the pre-order store if you did not back the campaign, as you will be charged for shipping twice! Any extra items you would like are available through your surveys! I will announce when the store is opened.

Expected Ship Date + Other Info
Right now, I am setting the expected ship date for the plushies in December. There is a chance that they will arrive to me sooner because the bulk order will not be as large as previous plushie lines we have done. As time goes on, I will know more about expected ship date and will keep you all updated as I know more. 

If you backed for just a fidget toy, they will likely done much sooner as the production process isn't as complex. 

Once I receive the funds from the campaign and the surveys are filled out (minus the pay later backers), I will place the plushie order with my manufacturer. I will send more updates about this later.
